There is a 14 days return policy, if you change your mind on an item it can be returned in a new and unused condition and a refund will be returned less the original carriage costs, the return postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages or Missing Parts
If an item is received damaged or if there is a part missing on the item please telephone us on:
07810 191 530 so we can arrange for the item to be collected and for a replacement to be sent out.
Orders are dispatched within 24hrs Monday to Friday if the items are in stock if you order late Friday or the weekend the order will be sent out the following Monday except for bank holidays. Delivery on average is 3-5 working days.
If a item is out of stock the main order will be sent to the customer with an email to advise split delivery and an estimate date of dispatch and delivery of the missing item/s will be advised.
Items No Longer Stocked
Should an item be discontinued or we don’t have a date of when the item will be back in stock we will send an email to advise that we have returned your payment in full.
